What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting artwork or images into a digital file that an embroidery machine can read. Specialized software is used to create a stitch file that tells the machine exactly how to sew the design.
Why is digitizing important for embroidery?
A well-digitized file is what makes embroidery look professional: precise details, smooth curves and the correct stitch density. A poor file causes thread breaks, puckering and gaps, no matter how good the machine is.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for all orders is one to two business days. We also offer rush service at no extra cost.
How will I receive my file?
Once your file is completed, we email you all the files needed to finish your sew-out.
What changes are free after my file is delivered?
Requests to improve the sew quality of your file, such as adjusting an outline for better registration, are free of charge. Changes that alter the original artwork may incur an additional fee.
Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
Yes. We offer volume pricing and flat rates for shops with ongoing needs. Contact us for details.
